Fitness South now offering Boot Camp

Boot Camp is Fitness South’s newest Group Exercise class, combining high intensity cardio and resistance training. You can expect to lose inches, improve cardiovascular conditioning, increase strength, improve coordination, and feel a sense of accomplishment. In each class you will be doing a variety of movements at a challenging pace designed to jack up calorie burning. No past experience with BootCamp is required. This is a great program for those that have limited time to devote to exercise.

Classes start February 6, 2012.
